Agreement on the processing of personal data

 

  1. I hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (as amended), voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my interests, give my consent to the processing of the personal data of the website visitor (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) by Mostradegroup Plus LLC, INN 7726343730, legal address: 115280, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda St., 26, building 28, office 101, for the processing of my personal data, specified in the sending of any messages through the website mostradegroup.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and/or leaving a request to receive an offer by filling out a web form on the Site, sent (completed) using the Site.
    Personal data means any information related to me as a data subject, including (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”):

I agree that, as part of the processing of my personal data, Mostreidgroup Plus LLC has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, analyze, use, extract, distribute, transfer to third parties (including, but not limited to: organizations that own servers; organizations providing services for making calls, SMS mailings, any other types of mailings and notifications; organizations providing services for conducting various surveys and research related to the services of Mostreidgroup Plus LLC), receive, process, store, clarify (update, change), anonymize, block, delete, and destroy my personal data by maintaining databases using automated, mechanical, and manual methods for the following purposes:
    • providing relevant advertising information and optimizing advertising;
    • conducting surveys and research aimed at identifying User satisfaction/dissatisfaction and continuously improving the level of services provided;

    • Technical support for processing information, documentation, and personal data, with or without the use of automated tools;

    • Ensuring compliance with laws and other regulations regarding personal data;
  1. I have been informed and agree that in order to use some of the Site’s services or some individual functions of the services, I need to go through the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account will be created for the User.

I agree and authorize Mostreidgroup Plus LLC to integrate my personal data into the personal data information system and process my personal data using automated tools or without the use of automated tools, including using Yandex.Metrica Internet services, as well as using other software specifically developed on behalf of Mostreidgroup Plus LLC.
  3. I have been informed and agree that processing of personal data information systems is carried out by Mostreydgroup Plus LLC according to the algorithm specified in paragraph 2 of this Consent. The processing methods used include, but are not limited to: automatic verification of postal codes against the code database, automatic spelling check of street and locality names, automatic VIN validity check, data clarification with me (via mail, email, telephone (including mobile communications), the Internet), segmentation of the information base according to specified criteria, periodic contact with me via telephone (including mobile communications), email, or the Internet.
  4. I hereby notify Mostreidgroup Plus LLC that the users of personal data are Mostreidgroup Plus LLC and its employees (as well as persons engaged under a civil law contract).
  5. I am aware that:
    • This consent to the processing of my personal data is given until the purposes for which it is processed are achieved and may be revoked by sending an electronic request to info@mostradegroup.com. The revocation date is considered to be the day following the day
    • Mostradegroup Plus LLC sends the electronic request to revoke consent to the processing of my personal data to this email address.
    • I have the right to access my personal data, request clarification (updating, amendment) of my personal data, and the deletion or destruction of my personal data if it is processed by Mostradegroup Plus LLC in a manner that violates my legal rights and interests or the laws of the Russian Federation.
  1. I undertake to immediately notify Mostreydgroup Plus LLC of any changes to my personal data or information about myself, providing supporting documents.

  2. This Consent is deemed by me, Mostreidgroup Plus LLC, to be my written consent to the processing of my personal data, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006.

  3. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, that I have personally provided the personal data, and that I also confirm the authenticity, completeness, and accuracy of the data provided. The personal data provided does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the legal rights and interests of third parties.

  4. I understand that sending messages to Mostreidgroup Plus LLC and/or submitting a request for an offer through the web form provided on the Website by checking the appropriate box constitutes my written consent to the terms and conditions described in this Consent and the current Privacy Policy.

  5. This consent comes into effect upon my access to the Website and remains in effect until the purposes for processing my personal data are achieved or until I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data, whichever occurs first.

  6. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I have read and agree to the rights and obligations under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

  7. Mostradgroup Plus LLC reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update this Consent in any part at any time without prior notice. If material changes are made to this Consent, such Consent will be posted on the Website, and the relevant changes will take effect within 20 business days of the official publication of the new version of the Consent on the Website. If I do not notify you in writing within these 20 business days that I refuse to accept the changes, this constitutes my consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the procedure set forth in the new version of the Agreement. I undertake to regularly review this Agreement and check for any changes to the Agreement and the effective dates of such changes.
    In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties to this Agreement, filing a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement) is mandatory before going to court.

  8. The personal information I provide is stored and processed by the Website Administration in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
